Hall Stairs & Landing  £25.00 surcharge

Vinyls £4.00 per sq metre ( large areas)

Kitchens and bathrooms - rates depending on size and work involved- prices on request

 

Minimum Fitting Charge £45.00​

If the rooms have furniture or the carpets need uplifting and disposing I will charge a small nominal agreed amount with yourselves for the extra time and work involved
